Who is it? Jeffrey Molina, born July 17, 1997, is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He was born in Lakewood, New Jersey and attended Olathe South High School, where he participated in wrestling. Molina started training MMA at age 14, and in 2017 began to train with James Krause at Glory MMA. His professional MMA debut followed a successful 9–0 amateur career. After his fight with Aori Qileng at UFC 261, Molina won the Fight of the Night bonus award and received a record for 220 strikes attempted in the third round. He is the first openly LGBT male UFC fighter, having come out as bisexual in 2023. Molina has recently shown his support for LGBTQ rights by wearing UFC Pride Month shorts for his fight with Zhalgas Zhumagulov and donating profits from the UFC Pride Month T-Shirts to the LGBTQ Center of Southern Nevada.
